Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Malayalam Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing authentic Kerala and South Indian dishes with a focus on traditional taste, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Kerala cuisine (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Plan daily menus and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth food service operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Malayalam or South Indian Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala dishes.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
