Job Summary

IIQAF Group is hiring a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Executive for our Tourism division in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries related to travel packages, tour bookings, reservations, and tourism services, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in call center operations, travel support, customer service, or tourism sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tour packages, travel services, bookings, and itineraries
  • Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, schedules, and promotions
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales leads
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
  • Achieve call quality, service level, and sales targets
  • Coordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Executive, Customer Service Executive, or Telecaller
  • Background in tourism, travel, hospitality, or leisure industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM system familiarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Dubai tourism or travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel bookings, tour operations, and customer handling
  • Sales-oriented mindset with upselling ability
