Civil Engineer

Job Description – Civil Engineer (DM & Trakhees Certified)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Dubai experience mandatory)
Certification: Dubai Municipality (DM) & Trakhees – Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong exposure to Dubai construction projects. The ideal candidate must hold valid Dubai Municipality (DM) and Trakhees certifications and be well-versed in authority approvals, site execution, and compliance with UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction works as per approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare, review, and submit drawings, method statements, and technical documents to Dubai Municipality and Trakhees
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs
• Ensure projects comply with Dubai Building Codes, DM regulations, and Trakhees standards
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues
• Prepare progress reports, material approvals, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai
• Valid DM and Trakhees certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in authority approvals and submissions
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods
• Familiarity with free zone and mainland project regulations

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
