Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills working with children and adolescents, experience in evidence-based interventions, and competency in psychological assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and intervention plans

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches

• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation and reports

• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Provide psychoeducation and support to caregivers and families

• Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and professional development activities

• Requirements

• Master’s in Clinical Psychology

• DOH License or Eligibility preferred

• Strong experience working with children and adolescents

• Experience or formal training in psychological and developmental assessments

• Excellent intervention, behavioral management, and treatment planning skills

• Strong report-writing and documentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting

• English and/or Arabic

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings

• Knowledge of behavioral therapy, CBT, ABA-informed strategies, or other evidence-based child interventions

• Familiarity with ADHD, ASD, anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, and developmental concerns

• Strong communication and caregiver collaboration skills
