Creative Digital Marketer

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a creative digital marketer who can lead brand and creative execution across channels while staying hands-on when needed.

You ll translate sophisticated Western marketing standards into culturally appropriate, high-performing creative for the Middle East, shaping how a modern wellness brand shows up across web, email, paid media, and social.

What you ll do

• Own creative and brand marketing direction across all channels
• Translate creative strategy into culturally aligned campaigns for the Middle East market
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines
• Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns (awareness, acquisition, retention)
• Manage creative and content budgets, pitching and overseeing production
• Be hands-on with graphic design or creative production when needed
• Partner with freelancers, creators, and vendors (no internal team management)
• Build strong creative storytelling based on audience insights
• Ensure compliance with cultural and regulatory sensitivities
• Collaborate with leadership as the brand expands into new offerings

What we re looking for

• Senior-level experience in digital marketing, brand, or creative roles
• Strong background in brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling
• Hands-on creative skills (design or production), not just oversight
• Experience executing omnichannel marketing (web, email, paid media)
• Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing
• Comfort working as a high-ownership individual contributor
• Strong judgment, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills
