Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and related heavy machinery for digging, trenching, and site preparation
• Perform loading, unloading, and movement of construction materials
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow site plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety regulations and machinery operation standards
• Coordinate with site teams to optimize workflow and project timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Report any mechanical issues or operational challenges promptly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, or Construction Machinery Operator
• Ability to operate excavators safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and PPE usage
• Understanding of excavation techniques and site preparation standards
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid UAE heavy machinery or excavator operator license/certification
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Dubai
• Familiarity with other construction equipment like backhoes, loaders, or bulldozers
