Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Arabic-speaking Female Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager for a nursery based in Dubai. This is a senior growth-focused role responsible for increasing admissions, expanding institutional partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth.

The primary objective for 2026 is to increase enrolment to 100 students by November 2026 through structured business development, strategic networking, and conversion-focused admissions management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured admissions growth strategy to achieve defined monthly targets.

Increase student enrolment to reach 100 students by November 2026.

Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up and relationship management.

Conduct nursery tours and manage the full admissions lifecycle.

Identify and approach government entities, semi-government bodies, and corporate institutions for collaboration opportunities.

Develop and present proposals for institutional nursery partnerships and corporate-sponsored childcare programs.

Negotiate partnership agreements and secure MoUs.

Build relationships with residential communities, hospitals, business centers, and large employers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent lead generation and brand positioning.

Prepare monthly performance reports on admissions, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Technology & Systems Competency (Mandatory)

Well-versed in CRM systems to capture, track, and manage all leads generated through digital and offline channels.

Ensure every inquiry is recorded in the CRM with structured follow-up, status updates, and conversion tracking.

Ability to build and maintain lead pipelines and admissions dashboards.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and lead generation tracking.

Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making using admissions and revenue metrics.

Mandatory Requirements

Female candidate.

Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).

Excellent English communication skills.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in nursery, school, or education business development within the UAE.

Proven track record of increasing enrolment numbers in a UAE-based education setting.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.

Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation is mandatory (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred).

Existing network within government or corporate sectors is highly preferred.
