GluCare.Health is a leading metabolic health clinic combining technology, data, and personalized care to transform how chronic conditions are managed. We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, events, and in-clinic materials
  • Create visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support product launches, community events, and health programs with strong visual storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engagement, and brand teams
  • Prepare files for both digital use and print production
  • Maintain consistency across all visual communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (healthcare or lifestyle brands a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma/Canva
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and branding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with performance ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media design best practices

At best, Diabetic patients in the UAE tend to spend only a few minutes interacting with physicians per quarter. This model creates a significant feedback gap that exits between patient visits (3-4 visits per year) and what happens to glycemic cycles they encounter daily. GluCare has developed a new model of hybrid healthcare that provides 24/7 coverage by tracking patient physiological and medical information from wearable technology and medical devices (such as continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps). We detect issues early, and constantly monitor data alongside our remote care team consisting of coaches, nurses, and physicians. Our approach to managing our community is based on the transference of knowledge and agency to our members through a continuous and curated journey of self-discovery through their own real-time data.
