Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role Description

Effectively manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, with a primary focus on automating processes and managing data using the Jisr system.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring the completion of all legal documentation.
• Payroll Administration: Preparing monthly payroll, ensuring the accuracy of allowances and deductions.
• Time and Attendance Management: Monitoring attendance records, leaves, and absences, ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring all procedures comply with the Saudi Labor Law and updates from "Qiwa" and "GOSI."
• Possess advanced skills in dealing with the Jisr platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using the Jisr system.
• Full knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform, and Mudad platform.
