IT Assistant (Male)

FertiClinic Fertilization Centre in Abu Dhabi is seeking for a MALE IT Assistant:

• Male (India)
• Available to join immediately

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
• Strong knowledge of software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience with Windows operating systems and basic server environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory (user creation, password resets, permissions)
• Understanding of basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi setups)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
• Knowledge of IT security principles and basic cybersecurity practices
• Experience with email platforms (Microsoft 365, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of IT inventory management

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Experience working in a healthcare facility or corporate environment is an advantage
