Lab Technician

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests in accordance with approved procedures.

Analyze and accurately record test results in the system.

Receive and verify samples according to test requests.

Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for timely and accurate results.

Home Visit: Conduct patient visits based on bookings, collect samples, and ensure safe transport to the lab.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred.

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.

Valid MOH license as a Lab Technician (transferable within Kuwait).

Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
