Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Master Tailor with strong expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and high-quality finishing. The ideal candidate will lead tailoring operations and ensure premium quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns from scratch
• Supervise and guide tailors and sewing staff
• Take accurate body measurements and fittings
• Execute complex stitching and high-end finishing
• Handle custom orders and special designs
• Ensure quality control across all garments
• Train junior tailors and improve team performance
• Manage production timelines and workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Tailor
• Strong knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
• Ability to handle all types of fabrics and designs
• Leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to communicate with customers and understand requirements
