Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Project Manager based in Riyadh. The MEP Project Manager will oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems in healthcare projects. The role includes managing project budgets, creating and reviewing submittals and ensuring compliance with international standards. The MEP Project Manager will also coordinate with various teams to achieve project goals and deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage (PMP, LEED, etc.).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Ability to manage Submittals and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering field.
  • Experience in healthcare is a must.
