Meta Ads Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising for our clients campaigns across multiple platforms within our Agency.

This is a results-driven role, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes — not just managing campaigns.

You will be responsible for executing and optimising campaigns across:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• TikTok Ads
• GoHighLevel integration & funnels

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-platform paid advertising campaigns
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
• Build and test audiences, creatives, and funnels
• Manage budget allocation across platforms
• Implement tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager, events tracking)
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance improvements
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actions
• Collaborate with internal team for creatives and campaign direction
• Support our clients with enquiry
• Interegation of Go high level and funnels

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing
• Demonstrated success managing multi-platform ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
• Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal supervision
• Experience working with service-based and/or local businesses is preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Bonus / Desirable

• Knowledge of the Beauty & Cosmetics industry

Compensation

• Part-time position with potential to advance to full-time
• Compensation based on experience and scope of work
