Part Time - Pediatric Dentist

Role Description The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to children and adolescents, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive counseling. Responsibilities include performing pediatric dental procedures such as fillings, pulpotomies, crowns, extractions when needed, and managing dental emergencies, while ensuring a positive, reassuring experience for young patients and their families. The role involves collaborating with other dental and medical professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection-control and safety protocols, and staying current with evidence-based pediatric dentistry practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Duri Clinic Medical Center in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry to ensure safe, holistic patient care.
• Specialized skills in Pediatric Dentistry for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral conditions in children and adolescents.
• Competence in Oral Surgery and Dental Care for managing routine and complex pediatric dental procedures.
• Recognized dental degree and valid license/eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi (DOH/HAAD or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with pediatric patients in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and caregivers.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinical quality and safety standards.
