Pediatric Dentist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Dentist role based in Dubai at Sultan AlOlama Medical Center. The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Daily responsibilities include performing pediatric dental procedures, managing dental emergencies, and coordinating care with other medical and dental specialists when needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on oral hygiene, growth and development, and preventive strategies to ensure long-term oral health. The Pediatric Dentist will also maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a patient-centered, compassionate clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Specialized expertise in Pediatric Dentistry and Dental Care, including preventive and restorative treatments for children and adolescents.
• Competence in Oral Surgery related to pediatric patients, such as extractions and minor surgical procedures.
• Valid dental license and recognized specialty certification in Pediatric Dentistry (or equivalent), eligible to practice in Dubai per local regulations.
• Prior experience working in pediatric dental settings or multi-speciality medical centers is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care, with strong ethics and attention to safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapt to diverse patient needs and cultures
