About the Role

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist with basic PRO experience to join our consultancy firm in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth front-office operations while assisting with administrative and PRO-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, office supplies, and filing systems.
  • Support internal departments with administrative coordination.
  • Assist with basic PRO tasks, including document submissions, visa applications, renewals, and related government processes.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle courier services, deliveries, and document tracking.
  • Perform other clerical or support duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (UAE experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of PRO procedures (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
