Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Procurement Coordinator to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing operations within our fast-paced FMCG business. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, UAE market knowledge, and the ability to manage procurement cycles efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers within the UAE market
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
• Prepare and process purchase orders (LPOs)
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams
• Monitor stock levels and support demand planning
• Track deliveries and ensure timely supply chain flow
• Maintain supplier database and performance records
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and cost evaluation ability
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
