Revenue Cycle & Insurance Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee all insurance claims, billing, and revenue optimization processes across our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end insurance claims lifecycle
• Submit and track claims across TPAs (Nextcare, NAS, Daman, etc.)
• Reduce claim rejection rates
• Recover rejected claims
• Ensure accurate coding and billing
• Generate revenue and collection reports

Requirements

• 3+ years UAE experience in medical insurance/billing
• Strong understanding of claim systems and approvals
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding preferred
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

Impact:
This role directly improves company profitability and revenue recovery.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per hour
