Revenue Cycle Supervisor

About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Revenue Cycle Supervisor (RCS) to join our team in Abha, KSA .

As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle process within a Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.

This includes overseeing billing, coding, accounts receivable, claims submission, payer coordination, and compliance to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

The role supports the Revenue Cycle Manager in optimizing revenue performance and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) , Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) , or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, or accounting within the healthcare, rehabilitation, or LTC sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes, payer requirements, and claims management
• Experience using EHR systems and billing software
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation facility is required.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the billing, coding, and accounts receivable teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and invoices.
• Monitor claim denials and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Review billing and coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Support staff training and ensure adherence to company policies and payer regulations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining revenue cycle procedures and workflows.
• Generate and review reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing or documentation issues.
• Coordinate with insurance payers to address claim rejections and payment delays.
• Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce revenue leakage.
