Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible to oversee all tasks assigned to the Insurance department staff.
1.1 Implementing a system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system.
1.2 Insurance Payment follow-up.
1.3 Attend the weekly / Monthly Meeting with Insurance / TPA for follow-up for the payment and Rejected claim.
1.4 Audit the claims – After / Before Submission.
1.5 Review the circulars issued by department of health (HAAD) and implemented on the center and reply to these circulars.
1.6 Review the circulars issued by insurance companies and implemented on the center and reply to these circulars.
1.7 Contact with hospitals have hospital agreements with the center.
1.8 Training orientation to Clinicians / Front desk staffs / Insurance Billing and Approval team for new circular / Rejections.
1.9 Preside over claims investigations.
1.10 E-claim correction and claiming new quotes if not present in the price list.
1.11 Manage insurance data for reports.
1.12 Contracting with Insurance networks.
1.13 Comparison of Tariffs of insurance companies.
1.14 Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department in various duties, such as account management,
communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and
billing.
1.15 Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
1.16 Reviewing financial hardship applications.
1.17 Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections.
1.18 Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
1.19 Correctly coding diagnoses and procedures.
1.20 identifying patient reimbursement issues
1.21 Ensuring that claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed.
1.22 resolving billing-related issues
1.23 Able to code diagnoses and procedures correctly.
Pay: From AED1.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE Healthcare: 5 years (Required)
- RCM Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
