Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand sales and marketing operations within the hotel supplies / HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market experience, established relationships within the hospitality industry, and proven leadership skills to manage and grow a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the HORECA / hotel supplies market.
• Manage and expand key client accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, while driving new business development.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities; recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, procurement, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within HORECA, hotel supplies, or hospitality-related products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing teams of 3–5 members or more.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken; written preferred).
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 8,000 per month.
• Commission: Attractive, performance-based commission (details discussed during interview).
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Annual Leave: 30 days per year.
• Air Ticket: One return ticket to home country once every two years (as per UAE Labour Law).
• Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law.
• Tools Provided: Laptop / computer.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
