We're Hiring: Sales & Enrollment Representative

Al Fajr Early Childhood Centre, a KHDA-registered nursery in Al Barsha 2 following the British EYFS curriculum, is looking for an energetic, well-presented Sales & Enrollment Representative to drive enrollment for our upcoming intake.

What you'll do

• Promote Al Fajr ECC to prospective parents on-site (tours, walk-ins, enquiries)
• Conduct outreach visits to family homes and community areas to generate leads and register interest
• Distribute flyers/brochures and represent the nursery at community events, malls, and residential areas
• Follow up on leads from Google Ads, social media, and walk-ins
• Convert enquiries into registered/enrolled pupils, meeting monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
• Build relationships with parents and answer questions about curriculum, fees, and facilities

What we're looking for

• Arabic female, fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Confident, friendly, well-spoken
• Sales or customer service background; nursery/education sector experience a plus
• Comfortable with door-to-door / field outreach and on-site promotion
• Own car preferred (for home visits) or willingness to travel within Al Barsha and surrounding areas
• Female candidate (for home-visit access to families/mothers)
• Target-driven, presentable, punctual

We offer

• 2500+ commission on enrollments
• Full-time, based in Al Barsha 2, Dubai

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
