Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic business growth initiatives, ensuring long-term success.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand business operations.
  • Oversee business development strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships with healthcare institutions to enhance service offerings.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English is essential (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development in the medical laboratory sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree or healthcare experience is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
