Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced IT support to clinical and administrative users
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects, and access control
  • Manage Windows Server platforms, including file servers, print services, DNS, and DHCP
  • Support Linux server platforms for application and infrastructure services
  • Manage and support virtualized server environments
  • Perform system monitoring, patching, hardening, and routine maintenance
  • Support and troubleshoot clinical systems, including HIS / EMR platforms
  • Coordinate with system vendors for incident resolution, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and secure connectivity environments / Change, Incident & Problem Management.
  • Assist with firewall administration and network troubleshooting and Office 365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Entra ID.
  • Support endpoint security, authentication mechanisms, and access policies
  • Execute backup checks, restore tests, and business continuity procedures
  • Adhere to healthcare data protection and compliance requirements
  • Escalate security incidents and system risks in accordance with IT governance
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and track SLAs and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational records & Endpoint & Device Management & EDR solutions, and threat locker.
  • Support basic scripting, automation, and operational tooling
  • Assist with IT process automation and reporting initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the clinic’s website hosting environment, including cPanel administration
  • Handle domain management, DNS records, SSL certificates, and website availability
  • Perform basic website updates and coordinate with external web developers when required
  • Ensure website security, backups, and uptime monitoring
  • Manage and support Google Business Profile accounts and related technical settings
  • Support website-related analytics, reporting, and integrations
  • Provide technical support to marketing and communications activities (IT and platform-related only)

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT support and system administration
  • Mandatory prior experience in healthcare or clinical IT environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Solid working experience with Linux server platforms
  • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, file services, and identity management
  • Experience supporting virtualized infrastructure
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environment

Certifications Required

  • MCSE or current Microsoft equivalent certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Cisco CCNA or higher

Additional Skills (Strong Plus)

  • Basic development or scripting background (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting or dashboards
  • Exposure to system integration or API-based workflows
  • Understanding of automation in IT operations
  • Experience managing websites using cPanel or similar hosting platforms
  • Basic knowledge of website technologies, CMS platforms, and plugins
  • Experience managing domains, DNS, and SSL certificates
  • Experience supporting Google Business Profile and related Google services
  • Basic understanding of website analytics and online service integrations

  • Reliable and composed in clinical and operational environments
  • Clear understanding of the impact of IT availability on patient care

Reporting & Authority

  • Reports to the IT Manager
  • Executes changes and escalations according to approved IT processes
