- Oversee the complete revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment
- Ensure accurate medical coding, billing, and claims submission
- Monitor insurance approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal clinical teams
- Analyze AR aging, denial trends, and revenue leakage
- Ensure compliance with DOH , payer policies, and UAE labor & healthcare regulations
- Prepare regular revenue, collections, and performance reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance cash flow and efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- RCM : 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- AAPC, CPC (Preferred)
