Senior Revenue Cycle Management(RCM) Specialist required in a Rehabilitation in Abu Dhabi

  • Oversee the complete revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment
  • Ensure accurate medical coding, billing, and claims submission
  • Monitor insurance approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal clinical teams
  • Analyze AR aging, denial trends, and revenue leakage
  • Ensure compliance with DOH , payer policies, and UAE labor & healthcare regulations
  • Prepare regular revenue, collections, and performance reports
  • Implement process improvements to enhance cash flow and efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • RCM : 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • AAPC, CPC (Preferred)
