Job Title : Senior Structural Designer
Location-Dubai

We are hiring a Senior Structural Designer to lead our structural design and BIM coordination team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design within the UAE/GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design and BIM team, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Review and approve drawings, calculations, and BIM models (Revit/Navisworks).
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP, and contractors for clash-free designs.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, and liaise with authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees).
  • Ensure adherence to ACI, AISC, BS, ASCE, and UAE codes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12 years experience, including 5+ years in UAE/GCC.
  • Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Member of UAE Society of Engineers.
  • Experience with Dubai authority submissions and ISO 19650 BIM standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
