Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through social media platforms.
• Optimize ad performance by monitoring key metrics, testing creatives, and improving targeting.
• Capture, track, and nurture leads generated from TikTok and Snapchat campaigns.
• Create engaging and relevant ad content to promote clinic services and special offers.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and patient engagement teams to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in TikTok and Snapchat advertising.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly in the UAE healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Snapchat advertising tools and lead generation techniques.
• Proficient in Arabic (preferred) and English.
