About the Role

A leading real estate developer is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the company. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience hiring across Real Estate/Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company.
• Manage job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Represent the company professionally across recruitment platforms and agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Must have experience within Real Estate or Developer sector.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
