The position is focused on: — converting incoming leads into consultations and treatment programs, — working with the existing patient database, — increasing repeat sales, — selling long-term wellness and recovery programs, — building strong patient relationships. Key Responsibilities: — work with incoming leads and existing patient database — convert consultations into treatment programs and memberships — follow up with leads and existing patients — reactivate previous patients and dormant database — increase repeat visits and retention — explain recovery and longevity programs confidently and professionally — coordinate closely with doctors and operations team — manage CRM and WhatsApp communication — achieve monthly revenue and sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

— UAE experience in wellness / healthcare / aesthetics / luxury hospitality / premium sales — strong English communication skills — Russian or Arabic is a plus — experience in sales and closing — experience with premium or high-ticket services preferred — strong communication and follow-up skills — understanding of luxury client expectations in Dubai — proactive, sales-oriented and result-driven mindset — CRM experience preferred Ideal Candidate: — understands premium wellness market — knows how to work with both incoming leads and existing clients — strong in follow-up and relationship management — understands how to sell programs and memberships, not only single services — comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
