Role Overview

A restaurant in Business Bay is seeking experienced and customer-focused Waiters to join its service team. The role requires strong hospitality skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic customer requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service procedures
• Support team members during peak service hours

Requirements

• Previous UAE restaurant experience is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Well-groomed and presentable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
