Healthcare jobs across the GCC, in one place
Search live vacancies posted by hospitals, polyclinics, specialty centers and government health authorities across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Filter by country, city, specialty, work mode and employment type to find roles that match your license, language and seniority. New positions are indexed every day from partner employers and trusted ATS sources.
Licensing in the Gulf
Most clinical roles require credentials verified by the relevant health authority. In the UAE that is DHA in Dubai, DOH (formerly HAAD) in Abu Dhabi or MOHAP federally. Saudi Arabia uses SCFHS (Mumaris+). Qatar uses QCHP, Kuwait uses KMOH and Oman uses OMSB. Each job page lists the authority required so you can apply only to roles you are eligible for.
What candidates and employers say
Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and hospital HR teams use GulfMedTalent to hire and to grow their careers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
“I was applying to consultant roles in Dubai for months through generic boards. On GulfMedTalent I could filter by DHA-eligible roles only and shortlisted three offers in a fortnight. The pediatric vacancies are genuinely up to date.”
“Moving from a London ICU to Riyadh felt overwhelming until I found a platform that actually understood Saudi licensing. The job descriptions were clear about SCFHS requirements and the recruiter replied within a day.”
“We post our nursing and allied health vacancies on several boards but GulfMedTalent sends the most qualified applicants. The candidates already understand the Gulf market, which cuts our time-to-hire significantly.”
“I appreciated that every listing showed the licensing authority up front. Saved me from applying to roles I was not eligible for. Signed my orthopedic contract in Doha six weeks after I created my profile.”
“As a pharmacist relocating from Kerala to Oman, I needed clarity on OMSB and visa sponsorship. The employer profiles on GulfMedTalent gave me enough context to apply with confidence.”
“For a private clinic network our hiring funnel was noisy. GulfMedTalent's filters mean we receive applicants who already match country, specialty and license. Quality over volume, exactly what we needed.”
Frequently asked questions about healthcare jobs in the GCC
How do I search for healthcare jobs in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Use the filters on this page to narrow vacancies by country, city, specialty, work mode and employment type. You can also enter keywords such as a job title, employer name or specialty. Save a search to be notified when new matching roles are added.
Do I need a Dataflow or Prometric exam to apply?
For most clinical roles in the Gulf, yes. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait require primary source verification through Dataflow and, depending on the role, a Prometric exam. The job description on each vacancy lists the specific authority and exam expected.
Are these jobs open to international candidates?
Most positions sponsor work visas for qualified international healthcare professionals. Employers typically cover visa, flights and accommodation for medical staff. Check each listing for the exact relocation package.
How fresh are the listings?
Jobs are refreshed every day. Each card shows when the role was posted so you can prioritize the most recent openings.
Is it free to apply?
Yes. Creating a candidate profile, searching jobs and applying is completely free on GulfMedTalent.
