We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our vibrant Social Media team, with a dedicated focus on our pivotal Energy & Industrials clients. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional eager to build their expertise in social media communications. As a Social Media Account Executive, you will contribute to the success of our social media initiatives, supporting the team in delivering compelling and compliant social campaigns. You'll work closely with senior team members, assisting in client support and the day-to-day execution of social media activities. This position offers a hands-on learning environment for someone looking to develop a career in social media, focusing on meticulous execution and growing industry knowledge.

What you'll do

  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media initiatives tailored for clients across Energy, Industrials and Sustainability.
  • Support client communications, helping to build strong relationships and address client needs.
  • Prepare impactful and nuanced social media copy, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Contribute to the social media content development lifecycle, from gathering materials to final content preparation.
  • Help ensure the rigorous editing and quality assurance processes for all social media content, upholding standards of accuracy.
  • Gather data for and contribute to social media performance analyses, identifying key metrics and initial observations.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends, platform innovations, and best practices
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with internal planning, creative, and analytics teams to support integrated solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

A foundational understanding or initial experience with social media initiatives, ideally within an agency environment

Familiarity and experience with predominant social media platforms, including TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to contribute positively to client relationships.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with an aptitude for crafting clear and effective social media content.

A basic understanding of social media analytics and an eagerness to learn more about performance tracking.

Bi-lingual proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is preferred.
