Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our Manama location. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, managing budgets, processing invoices, and assisting with audits. This role requires collaboration with other departments to support the organization's financial goals and ensure effective financial management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, account reconciliation, and budget management
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, reports, and managing audits
• Experience with financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience level (4-6) years
