• Minimum 5 years total accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience (mandatory)
• Construction accounting experience is essential

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (mandatory)
• CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance (required)

Key Responsibilities (Construction-Specific)

• Manage day-to-day accounting for construction projects
• Project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget control
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project expenses, subcontractor payments, and supplier invoices
• Ensure timely VAT filing, compliance, and documentation as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate with project/procurement/QS teams for cost verification
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records

Key Skills

• Construction cost accounting and project billing
• Accounting software: Tally / ERP / similar systems
• Understanding of contracts, variations, and payment certifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
