Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is essential in supporting the company’s financial health through accurate data management and operational support.

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions

• Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis

• Monitor cash flow and track daily financial activities

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions

• Prepares financial reports and summaries

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls

• Supervise junior staff and ensure accuracy in their work

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations.

* Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification is preferred.

* Proficiency in accounting software such as Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP/accounting systems.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in English is required.
