VACANCY: Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Accounts Manager to join our prestigious aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have strong financial leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven experience managing accounts within a premium healthcare, aesthetic, or luxury service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Handle payroll processing and staff compensation records
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Supervise and support the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of Accounts Management experience
✔ Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or premium luxury service businesses preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, payroll systems, VAT, and compliance requirements
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
✔ High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
✔ Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a must)
