Accounts Receivable Specialist (Healthcare)

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • AR Management: Oversee invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation.
  • Collections: Actively monitor receivables; manage follow-ups via calls, emails, and physical visits.
  • Reporting: Prepare aging reports and provide status updates to management.
  • Compliance: Maintain records in line with UAE financial and VAT regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with Operations and Billing teams to resolve payment disputes.
  • Audit Support: Assist in month-end closings and provide documentation for internal/external audits.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Experience: 3+ years of UAE-based AR experience; healthcare/medical sector experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE accounting principles and VAT regulations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
