We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support our daily administrative and human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain employee records, files, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.

Human Resources Duties

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel records.
  • Assist in attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate visa, licensing, and regulatory documentation as required.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare industry regulations is an advantage.
