Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize bookings
- Maintain accurate patient records in the system
- Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous call center, clinic, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling software
- Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Interest or background in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty is an advantage
