Applied Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in behavior analysis, experience working with children with autism and developmental disorders, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based interventions that support meaningful progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and small group ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional assessments.
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions and assist in progress evaluations.
  • Support skill acquisition programs related to communication, social interaction, daily living, and academic readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and case reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to DHA & CDA rules .

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Psychology , Education or applied behavioral.

  2. CDA license , preferably

3 Minimum of 3 years experience as ABA therapist.
