Arabic Female Dentist Required – Dental Lab Coordinator

We are hiring a Female Dental Coordinator to join our team in Dento Art Dental Lab.
The ideal candidate will manage communication with our partner doctors, share case updates and photos, follow up on ongoing cases, and support outreach to new doctors. A portion of the role will also include simple marketing and client-relations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication with dentists collaborating with Dento Art Dental Lab
• Send case photos, follow up on Case progress, and coordinate daily updates
• Communicate with new doctors and introduce our services
• Support basic marketing tasks when needed
• Maintain organized documentation and smooth workflow between doctors and the lab

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Arab nationality
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (most of our doctors are English-speaking)
• Previous experience working in the UAE (preferably in dental or medical field)
• Valid UAE residency visa
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
