Arabic Receptionist (Medical Center)

Job Description

We are looking to hire one experienced Arabic Receptionist for our TCAM and Polyclinic. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a medical center handling GP, Physiotherapy, and Dermatology patients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Applicants should have excellent communication, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance coordination skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a TCAM and Polyclinic.
• Experience handling patients in General Practice (GP), Physiotherapy, and Dermatology departments.
• Knowledge of medical appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule and manage appointments for GP, Physiotherapy, Dermatology, and TCAM services.
• Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary approvals.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients appropriately.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a UAE healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with DOH regulations and healthcare administration procedures.
