Assistant Nursing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nursing Officer to support the Nursing Supervisor in managing all operational and clinical activities of the Nursing Department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care and smooth departmental administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Supervisor in daily nursing operations and department management.
• Conduct training sessions for nursing staff (both bedside and office-based).
• Manage staff duty scheduling and ensure proper coverage at all times.
• Provide bedside assistance in emergency or critical situations.
• Ensure timely supply of medical materials for each patient as required.
• Coordinate transportation logistics related to patient and staff needs.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid DOH license or DHA license eligible for conversion.
• Proven experience in nursing operations and training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of homecare or clinical nursing standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED9,500.00 per month
