Job Title: Assistant Recruitment Manager Saudi

Job Summary

The Assistant Recruitment Manager supports the Recruitment Manager in leading and overseeing the hospital’s talent acquisition operations. The role is responsible for ensuring effective staffing strategies, efficient recruitment workflows, and compliance with Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in attracting highly qualified medical, nursing, technical, and administrative professionals to meet the hospital’s workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, and implementing long-term recruitment strategies aligned with the hospital’s workforce plan.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Work closely with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

Supervise and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.

Ensure all recruitment activities are fully compliant with Saudi Labor Law, MOH, SCFHS, and CBAHI requirements.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline.

Review job descriptions, interview tools, and hiring workflows to support continuous improvement.

Participate in interviewing and selection processes for key positions.

Support offer preparation, salary negotiation, and coordination of pre-employment processes.

Collaborate with government relations (GRO/PRO) for visa processing and licensing requirements for international hires.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, metrics, and reports to support HR leadership decision-making.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the hospital as an employer of choice within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6–8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior-level role.

Strong experience in healthcare recruitment within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

In-depth understanding of Saudi labor regulations and healthcare licensing processes (MOH, SCFHS).

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on delivering results.
