We are looking for a caring, responsible, and motivated Assistant Teacher to join our nursery team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children from 0 to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in daily routines, activities, and classroom management.
• Support children’s learning and development through play, activities, and guided instruction.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times.
• Help in preparing teaching materials and setting up learning environments.
• Provide support to children with special needs or individual requirements.
• Maintain good communication with colleagues, parents, and management.
• Participate in events, celebrations, and nursery activities.
• Follow nursery policies and KHDA regulations.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery/early years setting is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education.
• Warm, patient, and caring personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and support the teacher effectively.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2500 (per month).
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
