Job Description Summary

The Associate Human Resource Services Advisor updates basic issues related to employee records as well as liaises with employees at all levels regarding tactical activities .- which includes but not limited to: company policy, planning and/or timekeeping, benefits, procurement.-related and GL monitoring, regulatory compliance and recreation/housing activities .- to support an integrated approach to Human Resource Services and meet organizational needs and objectives.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with new employee onboarding which includes but is not limited to preparing documentation setting up accounts and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Provide administrative support for employee separations such as preparing exit forms and conducting exit interviews
  • Help with the administration of employee benefits including health insurance enrollment leave management and other insurancerelated tasks
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and procedures
  • Ensure all employee records are accurate and up to date in the HRIS Manage filing and documentation of HRrelated records and ensure confidentiality
  • Support HR team members in organizing employee events and training sessions
  • Possess basic knowledge of HR processes and services onboarding separation insurance strong organizational skills and attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor Degree in HR or related field

Professional Certifications Required

Years of Experience

Up to 2 years of service in related HR field(s). Experience in Healthcare is beneficial.
