Job Title: Service Advisor – Automotive

Location: UAE
Experience: 1–2 Years (GCC or Home Country Experience Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
  • Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns and service requests.
  • Explain repair recommendations, service estimates, timelines, and costs to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow up on work progress and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections and identify additional repair opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer approvals are obtained before carrying out additional work.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure proper documentation of all service activities.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving service department targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
  • GCC experience preferred; candidates with relevant home-country experience may also apply.
  • Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests.
  • English communication skills required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
