Job Title: Automotive Technician (Multi-Brand Experience)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Multi-Brand Workshop Experience Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Technician with hands-on experience working on multiple vehicle brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various makes and models while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Diagnostic Work

• Perform diagnostics using advanced scanning and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and service vehicles across multiple brands (Japanese, European, American, and German vehicles).
• Conduct engine, transmission, suspension, brake, electrical, and AC system repairs.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing as per manufacturer standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and workshop standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Test-drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality.

Customer & Team Coordination

• Clearly explain technical issues and repair recommendations to service advisors.
• Support junior technicians when required.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs as per workshop schedules.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Automotive Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a multi-brand automotive workshop in UAE (preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on brands such as Toyota, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ford, etc.
• Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic English communication skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
