Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at STEPPING STONES CENTER in Riyadh. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, conducting behavior analysis assessments, utilizing interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, and applying psychological principles to develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
• Interpersonal Skills for working effectively with children
• Background in Psychology
• Experience in working with children with developmental and learning difficulties
• Strong observation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or related field
